AFS ( Alien Foil System) was born within the windsurfing board brand AHD in 2009, with the marketing of the first windsurf foil combo (board plus foil as standard).
The historical model is the AFS-1, a foil dedicated to a light wind freeride practice, with small areas of sail (5.5m² in 10nds of wind). Subsequently, its field of use extended to SUP foil, with the Sealion board range, making it the first windsurf and Stand Up Paddle compatible foil on the market (2011).
In 2017 the AFS-2 was launched, a new generation windfoil, developed and manufactured in France. With this, AFS takes off and becomes a full-fledged brand dedicated to foil windsurfing.
