Aqualia Customer Service for Camposol

Residents of the Camposol  Urbanisation with problems relating to their water supply or billing should contact Aqualia in Mazarrón directly.

Mazarrón’s municipal water supplier is Aqualia Gestión Integral del Agua S.A and has an office in Calle La Vía, Mazarrón.

The general customer service line is 902 236023, and can be used for contracting or cancelling Aqualia’s services as well as changing the name of the contract holder or any other detail regarding water supply contracts. The line is open from 8.00 to 20.00.

Other useful numbers include 902 136 013 for supply failures and 902 266 026 for meter readings. Both of these lines operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year, and the services are offered in Spanish, English, French, German, Catalan and Galician.

Aqualia maintain that their staff in the Calle La Vía office in Mazarrón are able to attend to customers in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, Italian and Belgian, although residents do complain that they have difficulty speaking to an English speaking staff member when calling.

It’s always advisable to go to the offices in person in order to assure problems are resolved, or contracting a Spanish speaker if your own Spanish is a little rusty.
Bear in mind that during holiday periods English speaking staff may not be available.
