Andalucía weekly weather forecast March 30-April 2: Milder days, sunshine and a few clouds
Bright, mostly dry weather with temperatures rising again across the region
After the fresher, breezier spell of the past few days, Andalucía looks set for a milder start to Semana Santa, with plenty of sunshine and just some passing cloud. Temperatures rise again in many areas, especially inland, although nights still feel fresh in places and there will be a chilly edge in the east first thing.Monday March 30
Andalucía weather forecast, Monday March 30Monday brings partly cloudy skies with patches of mid and high cloud drifting through at times. It will feel cooler along the coast, where maximum temperatures ease back a little, but inland values rise, staying fairly comfortable for late March. In the eastern mountain areas there may be some light to moderate frost early on, while winds are mostly light to moderate from the north before becoming lighter and more variable later. Around Cádiz and Huelva it should be a decent day, with less windy conditions after the weekend.
Tuesday March 31
Andalucía weather forecast, Tuesday March 31Tuesday looks brighter and warmer, with partly cloudy or clear skies and a notable rise in temperatures across much of Andalucía. It should feel especially mild in inland towns, with Seville reaching 29 °C and Jaén, being the coolest, at around 22 °C. Northerly winds stay light to moderate, but they should not take much of the edge off the warmth in the sunshine. Along the coast in Málaga and inland around Córdoba can both expect a pleasant spring day, with plenty of dry weather.
Wednesday April 1
Andalucía weather forecast, Wednesday April 1Wednesday keeps the settled pattern going, again with partly cloudy or clear skies. Minimum temperatures rise a little in the lower Guadalquivir Valley, while elsewhere they change very little, but daytime values fall back slightly. There is still a risk of light frost in the eastern mountain areas first thing, and the breeze remains light to moderate from the north on the Atlantic side, becoming light and variable elsewhere. It should still feel pleasant enough in placesl like Granada once the sun gets up.
Thursday April 2
Andalucía weather forecast, Thursday April 2Thursday stays fair, with partly cloudy skies and some extra mid and high cloud drifting in during the afternoon. Minimum temperatures dip on the Atlantic side but rise along the Mediterranean, while daytime highs climb again, especially on the coast, and remain steady in the north-east. Almería and Tarifa should both feel warmer than earlier in the week, with light to moderate winds and a more springlike feel returning to much of the region.
A brighter, milder spell is likely to continue into the following days, keeping Andalucía on a pleasant footing as April gets under way.
