Andalucía weekend weather forecast: September 18-21 – Summer heat eases as clouds and scattered rain return
Warmer inland, turning fresher with cloud and a few showers

Thursday September 18

It’s a hot start, especially for Cordoba and Jaén, where highs reach almost 40°C. Expect some cloud later, with occasional light rain possible inland. On the Mediterranean coast near Almeria and Tarifa, low cloud and mist may drift in during the morning. Winds stay light except for lively easterly gusts along the Strait.
Friday September 19

Warm weather sticks around in Seville and Granada, though it’s a touch cooler than Thursday. Skies are mostly cloudy, with morning mist likely in the Strait. Coastal areas like Cádiz see breezy easterlies, while inland highs hang near 31°C.
Saturday September 20

Málaga and Huelva enjoy slightly cooler conditions, while inland areas stay warm. Expect patchy cloud, with a few showers in the eastern mountains during the afternoon. Morning mist is possible along the coast. Winds are mainly light, with moderate easterlies persisting in the Strait.
Sunday September 21

Rain arrives for Huelva and Cadiz as cloud thickens and light showers spread east. Maximums fall towards 26°C west, with Seville and Jaén seeing a noticeable dip. Along the Mediterranean coast, Málaga and Almeria may see temperatures steady or slightly rise. Westerly winds freshen, especially along exposed shores.
After a week of summer heat, the weekend will start to see a freshening trend, and by Sunday, Andalucía looks set to feel the first hints of autumn.
